To ensure your travel sock applies the correct pressure profile it is important to measure the circumference of each of your ankles and calf muscles in cms.
You will need the measurement around the narrowest part of your ankle (usually an inch or two above the ankle bone) and the widest part of you calf. You can then select the correct size from the sizing table below.
Please note you should measure both ankles in case there is a substantial difference between them. See Special cases for more details.
